The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

The hotel was clean, I appreciated it. The staff members were all professional and hard-working. I was there for 15 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant on the 1st floor. The bar was fantastic and food they serve is outstanding.

The staff were helpful and attentive, nothing to complain about. Had an extra special stay for an awesome vacation, would definitely book again.

Stayed here for 2 nights and liked my choice. Views of the ocean were magnificent, the room was spotless and brand-new. Easy access to Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away.

We loved the hotel and Puerto Vallarta, had 5 great days there. The beachside restaurant served lots of decent food.

Ideal base for travelling to Puerto Vallarta and exploring local places. Highly courteous staff, very clean pool.

My 5 nights in Puerto Vallarta were such great. I had a hot meal at the casual restaurant.

handy location, exemplary service and plentiful breakfast. the room was well-kept, had a beautiful bathroom. the best part was the gorgeous view of the ocean. the downstairs bar was executive and the drinks were premium.

Loved the place, had a great stay. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and an amazing view.

Reasonably spacious great value hotel with an unbeatable location really close to the Marina area and restaurants and stores.

Marvellous breakfast selections, place was fairly clean. Updated units and genuinely nice staff. That was relaxing hotel set in lovely area. The rocky beach was nice.

I really enjoyed the details, like location and staff, they were very good. The room was huge with extremely comfy beds. The pool was great.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Everything in this hotel was cool: fab location and fantastic friendly staff. The beach adjacent to the property was pristine. The view from the a double room was panoramic. Breakfast was gluten free; guests were offered fruit and meats. Services were excellent too.

I had a wonderful stay at this perfectly fine hotel. The location was optimal, the room was quiet, the bed was perfect. There were climate control, terrace and microwave in the room, loved that. Fruit and meats looked lovely.

It was very positive time in Puerto Vallarta. The personnel in this appealing hotel was warm. Having different mixed drinks in the beach bar was a very nice touch. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was absolutely fabulous.

Modern place to stay, we loved the continental breakfast. Absolutely wonderful staff & excellent pool. Impressive view, a nice balcony, large bed, too. Friendly service throughout too.

This is a truly lovely hotel, very luxurious rooms. Warm breakfast, superb service. Pretty big suite and extra comfortable bed. Loved simple check-in and hassle-free check-out.

Fantastically helpful staff, good hot breakfast, free wi-fi. The staff did all they can for an incredible stay. Service was very EXCEPTIONAL during my stay too. Spectacular location, within walking distance of banderas bay.

We really loved the amazing pool. Rooms with a fantastic view. Moreover, it was great to have Wi-Fi. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Las Casitas that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
